Risk flows through your organization. It isn’t in one department, or a few. It is everywhere, which means you have to be everywhere.

You have to juggle technology and reporting and regulations and corporate policies and the board and the CEO and difficult personalities … and let’s not forget politics. Sometimes there’s plenty of that!

I’m here to help.

I have been a risk management coach for over 20 years. I’m a business professional first and a risk manager second. I have been beat up more times than I can remember, so I know what you are going through.

Let’s keep this simple.

Click the orange button. Check my availability. Pick a time for us to talk.

No one has to travel. We’ll do this by Skype or phone call —  whichever you prefer.

It’s not expensive. I don’t have a lot of overhead, and I pass the savings to you.

Bringing an expert like me on board could be the best risk management decision you make. But don’t wait. Schedule your call now.

Glyn is exceptional. We asked for help with quantitative finance and risk management. The advice he gave was practical yet grounded in theory, exactly what we needed! Kitty Barker, CPA

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I participate in my scheduled call?
If you provided a Skype name, I will contact you via Skype at the scheduled time. Otherwise, I will call your phone number.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 18 hours in advance. Buttons at the bottom of your confirmation and reminder emails will allow you to do so. You will receive a full refund for cancellations, and there is no cost for rescheduling. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled meeting, the meeting will be cancelled, and you will receive a 50% refund.
Must I pay with a credit card?
No! For your first call or two, it is convenient to do so. After that, most clients set up a retainer and pay from that.
Will I receive an invoice?
When you schedule an appointment, you will be sent a confirmation email with appointment details and payment information. If you require a formal invoice marked PAID, request one here or during the call. You will receive it following the appointment.
How do I book an appointment for someone else?
That’s easy! The booking form will ask for a name and contact details. Enter the name of the person who is financially responsible for the appointment. Enter the contact details of the person you want to receive the confirmation and be responsible for canceling or rescheduling, should the need arise. Here are a couple examples:

1. If you are assistant to the CRO and are scheduling for her, enter her name. You can enter her contact details or your own, whichever you prefer. Either way, mention your name in the notes section as the person who did the scheduling.

2. If you are conducting a job search and want me to interview a candidate, enter your own name and contact details. Explain the situation and provide the candidate’s name in the notes section. You will need to send the candidate instructions for participating in the call.

What if I need other services?
No worries. For help with small tasks, you will find my online scheduling system is highly flexible. Perhaps, rather than have a video conference, you want me to proof a draft report, or interview a job candidate. For such tasks, just book my time, upload the report or resume, and include instructions in the notes section. [Note: You will receive an automated email “meeting reminder ” a day before the appointment time, but you can just ignore that.]

For longer-term projects, or for on-site training, you can contact me by email or schedule a call and indicate your interest in the notes section. In the latter case, you will be charged for the call, but I will credit you that amount in your first invoice.
